How to install mods on new vegas

I have only been able to get their mods thanks to Reddit's community r/modpiracy. Problem is, that site seems to be particularly cagey about accepting new members, and only members who have been posting regularly for months are allowed access to their mods. So, there's this modding website G.U.Network, which has many awesome mods, particularly for Fallout: New Vegas.
